Refund policy

Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)

Our return policy applies to customers within the US only and lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not accept returns for products labeled as hazardous materials or contain flammable liquids or gases.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. A Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) can be requested by calling 805-579-9292. If the return request is accepted you will be issued an RMA number to identify your return. The RMA number MUST be marked on the outside of the shipping container for your package to be accepted at our facility. A dated receipt or proof of purchase MUST be included with the returned item.

There are certain situations where an item that is eligible for return may receive only a partial refund.
-Items sold new but returned with obvious signs of use.
-Item with missing or damaged packaging.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.
If you haven’t received a refund for a returned item after 30 days, check with your credit card company or the issuing bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (Defective Items)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have a defective item for which the warranty period still applies, please call 805-579-9292 for assistance.

Non-Defective returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns should be shipped using a package tracking service offered by the carrier. We are not responsible for returned items while en-route to our facility.Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Defective returns: A return prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Altisource Approved Lock Return Policy:

For a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, repair/replacement parts will be sent free of charge whenever it is possible to restore operation of the lock using such parts. If a failure is determined to be within the keypad assembly, the keypad assembly and its matching keys must be returned for replacement. A return shipping label will be provided for this purpose. To obtain parts or arrange for return and replacement of non-functioning keypads, please request lock support at 805-579-9292.

Locks which have been installed or have incomplete parts are not eligible for a refund. New/Unused locks are returnable for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Locks returned within the first 90 days are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are non-refundable). Locks returned after the first 90 days will be subject to a 14% restocking fee.
